The speech delivered by India’s Prime Minister on 68th Independence Day is first among many parameters: This is the first speech delivered by Shri. Narendra Modi In India’s Independence history of 67 years, this is the first non-scripted speech. Narendra Modi deliver the speech without taking help of any scripted writing. Banks will be asked to open savings accounts to each member of a poor family and the government will provide an insurance of 1 lakh rupees to them. Narendra Modi puts the curtain on the speculations about Planning Commission as he announced that there will be new commission created out from the partnership of centre and states to accelerate the economic development, which will replace the existing Planning Commission. He reiterated that the safety and protection of women will be his government top priority. He shown concerns for reducing the sex ratio as well as for increased cases of violence against women. He said government will do its work but provide respect to a women is also the job of society and we must obey it. The curbing the menace of  corruption is utmost priority for him. He said the culture of “mujhe kya and mera kya” should must end now. To make country better for live, Narendra Modi stress upon the cleanliness and said that we will be celebrating the 150th birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi in 2019 and a clean and green India will be ideal homage for this occasion.
